Aquarium in Genoa (Italian: Acquario di Genova) is the largest aquarium in Italy and the second largest aquarium in Europe.
Opened in 1992 in the old port area of Genoa and covers an area of 3,100 square meters.
Includes more than 500 different species of fish to be dispersed across more than 60 basin, the basin contributes to many of the projects built on the level of the European Union also offers documents, pictures and content that serves the academic scientific research, sometimes staying interactive sessions on the Internet.
